“Fulbari ko Sungava” or Sungava Apartment, named after a Nepali orchid, is a brand new apartment complex like a flower blossoming in the garden (Fulbari). It’s a high-rise building, with 52 units built very close to the heart of Pokhara city, and yet away from its hubbub.

The building and its surrounding have been curated with great sensitivity to meet the needs of the residents. Its spacious floor plans have been designed to maximize the panoramic view of the Machhapuchhre and Annapurna mountain. Its foundation is rock solid. It has state of the art amenities, and its exterior brick façade retains the flavor of the traditional Newari Architecture of Pokhara Valley. Sungava Apartment has been designed to provide its occupants with a living experience that embodies modern luxury, convenience and community.

The handover of the project is targeted for December 2024. Our current clientele includes a close-knit community of like-minded individuals who come from diverse backgrounds. A mock-up apartment is ready to give you a glimpse of what life in Sungava can be like.
